You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason. Start your return in your account under Orders, or email us and we'll send instructions.

Try things on as you would in a shop — just keep them unworn and unwashed. Tags don't need to stay attached.

What we refund

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery. Sale items are included. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of hearing from you, once your return is on its way back to us.

Return shipping

Return postage is yours to cover, unless an item arrived faulty or wasn't what you ordered.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, sealed grip socks once opened and water bottles once used can't be returned.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange unworn pieces where stock allows — just email us.
