Shipping policy

We ship Burner Atelier orders from Stockholm, Sweden. We deliver across Sweden, the EU, and to selected international destinations. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

PROCESSING
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Swedish public holidays). During launches and busy periods this may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the studio.

 

RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Sweden: 59 SEK standard shipping, free over 1,000 SEK. Typically 1–3 business days.

EU: €15–20 standard shipping, free over €180–200. Typically 3–7 business days.

United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: €20–25 shipping. Any duties and import taxes are shown at checkout where possible and are the customer's responsibility. Typically 4–8 business days.

United States, Canada, Australia: $25–35 DHL/UPS shipping, free over $250–300. Typically 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Duties, taxes and customs charges on orders outside the EU are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

STUDIO PICKUP

You can collect online orders in person at Burner Studio AB, Jarlaplan 2, 113 57 Stockholm. Choose pickup at checkout where available; we'll email you when your order is ready.

TRACKING, DELAYS & WRONG ADDRESSES

Tracking is provided where available - allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for it to update. As the seller, we're responsible for getting your order to you: if a delivery is delayed or goes missing in transit, contact us and we'll chase it up with the carrier on your behalf rather than you needing to deal with them directly. The one exception is delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect delivery details entered at checkout - please double-check your address before ordering.
